We are normally able to provide service seven days per week between 9:00am and 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

5. How long will this process take?

DUI cases can take anywhere from a few months to several years to resolve. Cases that go to trial will take the longest to complete. Trial time varies across the country. In many cases, a trial date is requested with the anticipating that the Crown will agree to drop the charge (normally by agreeing to a lesser careless driving charge) on the trial date.
